Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your Rat & Boa pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all security tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
